Veggie Apetillas

      Ingredients
      1 pkg Tortillas
      2-8oz. cream cheese, softened
      1/2c. chopped green onion
      1/4c. chopped green olives
      1/2c. finely chopped red bell pepper
      1/2c. finely chopped green pepper

      To Prepare:
      Remove tortillas from refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on tortillas. Sprinkle with approximately 1T each onions, olives, and peppers. Tightly roll up tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Repeat for all tortillas. Refrigerate for at least 3 hous or overnight. To serve, cut into 3/4" diagonal slices. Makes 48-50 slices.
