      This recipe tastes as good as Hickory Farms beefstick, but can be made for about a dollar a pound if you buy the burger on sale



      Ingredients:
      3# hamburger (cheap burger works fine)
      3T Morton Tender Quick Cure
      1/4t garlic powder
      6t liquid smoke

      To Prepare:
      Mix well. Shape into 3 rolls. Refrigerate uncovered 24 hours. Bake on wire rack for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Refrigerate
