3-Step Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients
2-8oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2c. sugar
1T fresh lemon juice
1/2t grated lemon peel
1/2t vanilla
2 eggs
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
To Prepare:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
