Coleslaw

      Ingredients
      crushed pineapple
      cabbage
      cole slaw dressing
      1 carrot, grated or minced
      1 onion, grated (or use minced onion)
      salt
      pepper
      thyme
      celery seed
      mayonaise
      sugar

      To Prepare:
      Drain pineapple; set aside. Place 1/2 cabbage, flat side down on cutting board, with core facing you. Cut lengthwise with the grain, cutting off some slivers. Cut core out of slivers and chop up. Place in bowl. Add to individual taste: carrot (for color), onion, pineapple (as dry as possible), salt, pepper, thyme, celery seed. Add approximately 1/2c. coleslaw dressing and 2 big spoonfuls of mayo; sprinkle with sugar.
