Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
12 oz. peanut butter morsels
14 oz. condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
To Prepare:
In saucepan, over low heat, melt peanut butter morsels, 1 c. milk and 2T margarine; stir occassionally. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Spread mixture into wax paper lined 8" square pan. In small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, remaining milk, and remaining margarine. Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
