Creme Filled Rice Krispie Bars

      Ingredients
      3T margarine
      4c. miniature marshmallows
      6c. Rice Krispies cereal
      1/2c. vanilla baking chips
      3/4c. powdered sugar
      2T water
      1T vegetable oil

      To Prepare:
      Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies; stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13x9x2" pan coated with cooking spray. Cut in half crosswise when cool to form two pieces.

      Melt vanilla chips according to package directions. Stir in oil. Beat in powdered sugar and then add water. Spread mixture evenly over half of the cereal mixture and top with the other half to form a sandwich. Chill in refrigerator about 30 minutes or until set. Cut into bars and serve.
