These are DELICIOUS and oh, so easy to make. I use extra onions, because they come out so delicious, I like them even more than the pickles themselves.
Ingredients
4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 t. salt
1 t. celery seed
1 t. mustard seed
2 cups sugar
1 c. vinegar
Put cucumbers, onion, pepper, salt, celery seed, and mustard seed in a bowl and set aside. In a saucepan, combine sugar and vinegar. Boil until the sugar melts. Pour over other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. THAT'S IT!
