Streusel-Topped Pumpkin Pie


      Ingredients
      15oz. pumpkin
      14oz. condensed milk
      1 egg
      1 1/4t. ground cinnamon
      1/4c. firmly packed brown sugar
      2T cold butter
      1/2t. ground ginger
      1/2t. ground nutmeg
      1/2t. salt
      6oz. graham cracker pie crust 2T flour 3/4c. chopped walnuts

      To Prepare:
      Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat pumpkin, milk, egg, 3/4t. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Combine sugar, flour, 1/2t. cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle streusel mixture over pie. Bake 40 minutes or until set. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
