Greg, known by his family as Bubba, was the youngest of two boys. He was an honor student at Tarkington High School, looking forward to graduating in 1995. Greg played defense as #54 on his high school football team.

But on October 13, 1994, Greg and some of his friends got into a truck with another friend who was drunk. Greg was killed at the age of 17 in a one vehicle accident when the driver lost control at a high speed, crashing into a tree. Greg is loved and missed by his family and friends.
