"STUFFED PIZZA"
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 1/3 cups BISQUICK baking
mix
3/4 cup cold water
3 cups shredded mozzarella
cheese
1 jar (15.5oz) pizza sauce
Your favourite pizza toppings"
eg. green pepper, onion,
mushroom
Preheat oven to 450*. Grease
9x13 baking dish. Cook sausage and ground beef until brown. Drain and set
aside. Mix baking mix and water until dough forms. divide into two
parts one slightly larger. Roll larger one out to 16x14 rectangle. Fold
into thirds and place in baking dish, unfold. Press bottom and up sides.
Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese, cover with 3/4 cup of the pizza sauce. add
meat mixture and your toppings. Cover with 1/2 of the cheese.
Roll remaining dough into
a rectangle - 9x13 Place over cheese in dish pressing bottom and top crusts
together to seal. Make small slits in top crust. Spread crust with remaining
pizza sauce and cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until crust golden brown.
