"CHEESE BRUNCH CASSEROLE"
6 cups 1 inch bread cubes
(8 slices)
2 cups small broccoli flowerets
1 can crabmeat (120g) drained
and flaked (optional)
1 pkg. (200g) mozzerella
or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup each green and red
peppers
5 eggs lightly beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. each of paprika,
dry mustard
salt and pepper
Place bread cubes in a lightly
greased 9x13 baking dish. Layer with broccoli flowerets, crab meat and
shredded cheese. Sprinkle with peppers. Blend eggs, milk and seasoning
and pour over bread mixture covering all. Cover and refridgerate at least
3 hours (or overnight) Bake for 30 minutes ate 350*
