Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Etta Predmore, 90, lifelong resident
of the Barry vicinity,
                                   
were held Sunday afternoon, Novermber 9, 1958, at two o'clock from the
Barnes-Seeley
                                   
Funeral Home, in charge of the Rev. Richard Cunningham, pastor of the Barry
Assembly of
                                   
God Church.  Mrs. Vernon Ogle and Mrs. John Hubbard sang, accompanied
by Mrs. Ray
                                   
Dagley.
                                        
Interment was in Park Lawn Cemetery.  Serving as casket-bearers were
Herman Baird,
                                   
Frank Hill, Lawrence Johnson, Harold Brown and Lyndell and Sylvan Predmore,
all grandsons
                                   
of the deceased.
                                        
Mrs. Predmore passed away Thursday evening, November 6 at 8:55 in Illini
Hospital at
                                   
Pittsfield.  She had resided at the Churchill Nursing Home in Barry
since March 12, 1956.
                                       
Born July 10, 1868 in Beverly Township, she was the daughter of George
and Mary Winner
                                   
Hasting.  On August 11, 1885, she was married to Richard L. Predmore
of Barry.  He passed
                                   
away February 19, 1943.
                                       
Mrs. Predmore was a member of the Mound Prarie Christian Church.
                                       
Surviving are four children, Mrs Bertha Gapen of Peru, IL, Mike Predmore
of Quincy IL,
                                   
and earl and Alber Predmore of Macomb; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Wilson of
Baylis and Mrs.
                                   
Lela Wirth of Barry; two brothers, Smuel Hasting of Barry and Harry Hasting
of Quincy; and
                                   
sixteen grandchildren and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
                                       
Preceding her in deather were a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Johnson, a son, Raymond
Predmore,
                                   
two sisters and five brothers.
