I have no idea what is up with my old diary site!!!

This is the 3rd day I haven't been able to add to the site it is really annoying. I am begining to think it is a marketing ploy to get you to buy a membership.  Sorry!!

I got a check from mom in the mail yesterday!  Happy Birthday! :) mmm, nice.  For $50 it is sure nice the at least one person never forgets.

A friend sent that quote.  I have only known this gal since I started working here, which is 8 months.  She is such a great listener, and found this for me.  It so fits and really pulled me out of a pre-birthday funk.

Friends come in all sizes ages and shapes.   It is nice to have someone to tell you buck up! Everyone is just too wrapped up in themselves to really even notice.

We have a Buddy program here where anyone who wants to can get a little something for someone they work with ... You pick a buddy at random and remember their days.  Well I got a basket of diet 7up and a light house soap dispenser and a pound bag of peanut M&Ms... on my desk this morning.  How great!  Is that??

Well there will be no entry on Monday as we are going to the VA for appts for hubby and me.  I am hoping the weather holds out so I can go to a garden or two and snap some pictures :)
