Jake is a Vizsla and lives in Richmond Virginia. He is the darling boy of my (and my family's) friends Jim, Cathy, Lauren, Danny, Suzanne and Corky the cat. The picture below was taken in December 1998 after a swim in the river -- one of Jake's favorite activities. As a pup, Jake was a typical youngster who occasionally chewed or ate what his parents thought he shouldn't. Once, he started chewing on his Mom's wallet and credit cards but was caught in the act and banished from the house. A few moments later his Mom went to the door to let him in only to find him with a big chunk of the hot tub cover in his mouth! He also devoured an entire sock which he 'gave back' later. But with a sweet face like his who could stay angry for long :-).
