Notes for Wiliam Benson FOSTER

The marriage of "W.B. Foster and N.P. Miller" ws announced in "The
Carolina Spartan Newspaper issue of November 18, 1880.
In the 1900 Census, William B. Foster,b. Jun 1853, widowed. He was not a
widow but he ws not living with his wife, Normesia Miller. After she
died, he married Emeline Bullington, who was 26 years younger than he.
Soon after the marriage of Normesia Miler and William Foster, he found
Normesia in bed with a man named West, and he left her. She had a son
who wnet by the name John Miller, Jr. Each census afterward she and John
Miller, Jr. were listed in the household of her father, John Miller. Her
deat was listedin The Simeon Beardon Store Ledger where Beardon kept a
list of people who died during years 1900-1902.
