He was also known as Frank Harper. He was a Harness Maker and Farmer.²² He obtained a homestead on 3 August 1905 on the in fractional south half of Sec.24, Twp.46, Rge.22, W of 2nd Mer., Kinistino, Saskatchewan.²³

Johanna Anneta Wiechmann was also known as Johanna Anneta Wiegmann. She was born on 25 January 1880 in Bremen, Germany.²⁴ She immigrated circa 1896 to Halstad, Kansas, USA; she came to live with her Aunt, Katie Wiechmann, her father's sister.²⁵ She migrated on 9 June 1904 to in Port Perry, Ontario.²⁶ She died on 21 December 1956, in Kinistino, Saskatchewan, at age 76.²⁷ She was buried on 24 December 1956, in Kinistino Cemetery, Kinistino, Saskatchewan.²⁸
