Layered Dip 2 16oz cans Refried beans 3 large avocados 1/4t black pepper 1/2t salt 2T lemon juice 1/2C mayonnaise 1C sour cream 2T taco seasoning 1C chopped green onions 2-3 tomatoes (chopped) 2 4 1/2oz sliced black olives 8oz sharp shredded cheese In 1st bowl mash avocados; add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. In 2nd bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Layer in casserole dish in this order: refried beans, avocado mixture, mayo mixture, onions, olives, tomatoes, and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips Serves 16 ![]() Sausage Cheese Balls 3C Bisquik 16oz hot pork sausage 16oz sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 2T water (as needed) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well with hands. Add water if needed to aid in mixing. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. *These are great to make ahead, freeze, and have on hand for company, etc... Put balls onto cookie sheets and place in freezer. When the sausage balls are frozen stick into freezer bags. Bake frozen balls at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until browned. ![]() |
