Marinara Bake 2T olive oil 1/2C chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 1/2C (28-oz can) tomatoes, chopped and undrained 2T chopped fresh parsley 2t dried basil leaves 1t sugar 1/2t salt 1/4t black pepper 12oz spaghetti, uncooked 2C sliced zucchini 1C shredded mozarella cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 2-qt saucepan heat oil; cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, parsley, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper; heat to boiling. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions for 8 minutes; drain. Toss hot spaghetti with zucchini; place in 2-qt casserole. Top with marinara sauce and cheese; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6 ![]() |
