I enjoy cooking.
I graduated from Whitter Reg. Voc. Tech. High School in 1978
receiving my certificate in Culinary Arts.
This isn't where I learned
the best
cooking though
(sorry Mr. V if you see this)
Years of watching mom
in the kitchen is where I learned the best cooking.
A little bit of this and
a little bit of that and a whole lot of love
goes into the best cooking.
Mom taught me a lot in the kitchen.
One of the most important things
she taught me was you could make a lot out of not much.
Meaning when you
go looking in the cupboard and the refrigerator
and you don't see much,
you will still be able to make a meal.
In most cases you can end up with
left-overs.
What you do is start with a base and work from there.
If it looks like
it will go good together then put it together.
