Welcome to my parrot's page.
Doobie was found in a snowbank of all places, in Calgary several
years ago. Having lost all his feathers due to sever frost bite,
you'll recignize him in the pictures below as he has yet to grow them
all back. The ordeal did nothing to his personality although as he is
a true fighter and an extremly bright bird. Maggie-May was obtained
from an owner who no longer wanted her. How a person can get an
animal then just ignor it I'll never understand , but none the less
we where very happy as was Doobie to have her join our family. Here
are some pics of the cute couple below.
