1/2 cup dried hot red pepper flakes
3/4 cup sesame oil
3/4 cup peanut oil
Place all ingredients in a large jar and mix well.
Close the jar tightly and place in a cool, dry place for 1 week, to allow the ingredients to blend. The oil will then be ready for use. It will keep indefinitely, refrigerated.
