                            Vinegar Soy Sauce

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   1      tablespoon    dark soy sauce
   1      tablespoon    light soy sauce
   1 1/2  tablespoons   white vinegar
   1      tablespoon    hot oil
   1      tablespoon    finely sliced scallions, white and green
     1/4  cup           chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Then place in small dishes for serving.
