Stuffed Squid

3 pounds cleaned squid
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup flavored breadcrumbs
1 small can tomato sauce
AFter cleaning squid, save tenticles, and mince. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and saute until soft. Add tenticles & parsley. Cook briefly and remove from heat. Carefully stuff squid bodies, using a teaspoon, with the stuffing. Seal with a toothpick at the ends (like you're sewing). Place in oiled baking pan, and cover with the tomato sauce. Bake around 1/2 hour at 350, covered, to prevent drying. Check on the squid periodically to make sure they aren't drying out.

NOTES : This is a family recipe, so amounts are approximate (my great grandma did the "little bit of this" method).
