Stuffed Mushrooms

12 mushrooms
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
Remove the stem from the mushrooms and mince. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the stems and the garlic. Saute until soft. Add salt and pepper, and remove from the heat. Add as much bread crumbs as you can to the mixture, without it becoming too dry.
Stuff caps and place in a baking pan. Add 1/2-3/4c water to the bottom of the pan. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until soft and cooked through.
