Slice round steak (or minute steak) into small strips.
Marinate in soy sauce (1 cup) with 1/2 tsp ginger & 1/2 tsp garlic.
Just mix - don't let it set in marinade.
Cook until very tender.
Add chopped onion, green peppers, carrots, celery
and thinly sliced water chestnuts.
Cook until tender.
Add water (1 1/2 cup with 1 tbsp. cornstarch).
When gravy thickens add quartered tomatos.
Cook until tomato is tender.
Serve over cooked white rice
