1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 pt. cottage cheese
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella and/or Cheddar
uncooked lasagna noodles
Strain cottage cheese well through a strainer or cheese cloth.
Brown ground beef or turkey, drain.
(to eliminate more fat - wash meats well under hot running water)
Mix in spaghetti sauce.
In a 9 X 13 - inch pan, layer sauce mixture, uncooked lasagna
noodles and cottage cheese until all is used.
Put Mozzaralla and/or Cheddar cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
