3/4 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 TBSP yellow mustard
6 cups cubed cooked potatoes (about 1-1/2 lb.)
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup red chopped onion
salt and pepper
Mix mayo, salad dressing and mustard in large bowl.
Add potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion; mix lightly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
