2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1(16 ounces)package frozen sweet peas
In saucepan, melt butter; add flour and whisk until smooth.
Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and smooth.
Stir in onion, lemon juice, dill and peas; cook for 6-7 minutes.
