• Director Juan Ona, in usual bush jacket attire came at 10:20AM for the 11:30AM meeting at Mario's St. Francis Square; could not take the cold room, waited outside and passed the time reading Catholic Digest. President Bursing arrived at 11:20AM. Director Edy and Lydia arrived at 11:30AM after combing Megamall since 9:00AM. At 12:00 they called Valle Verde and learned that Director Proning was still taking a bath, He arrived 12:45AM.

  MENU: Paella, Caesar Salad, Spaghetti Sorento, Blue Marlin. Espresso coffee and Fruits. Director Nuncing did not show up, one pan of Paella was left untouched, was delivered promptly to 38 Data ST. 1/3 devoured by Trixine. Director Lydia refused to ride the Mercedes of President Bursing because she was not properly dressed. Check at Astral Towers and San Jose negative for Nuncing. 5PM - call to San Jose yielded positive - Director Nuncing reached Makati, due to traffic and hunger decided to eat - got amnesia, forgot the meeting and boarded the first bus back to San Jose.

  SUMMARY: SJA Board all accounted for. NOTE: If you call Astral Towers, call 5 times in succession, 4 times there will be no answer, the 5th time Elena will wake up and answer the phone.

ADDENDUM TO PRESS RELEASE
as relayed by Amb Juan Ona a.k.a Nitong

1. Once again, Director Lydia emphasized her seniority by producing her i.d. card and for 15 minutes discussing with the waiter the mechanics of discounting the bill.
   
2. Director Burcing called the attention of the whole St. Francis Square to his new (relatively) yellow Mercedes-Benz by driving with his front passenger door open. Reminds me of when we were young and had new shoes. We wanted them to squeak.
   
3. Director Proning arrived late and ordered paella, not knowing that Director Lydia had already ordered two big plates of paella for the whole table.
   
4. Director Edy will appreciate any information on the difference between e-mail, internet, fax and computer, also costs and how to get connected.
   
5. Our bunsong kapatid na baka hindi pa bihasa sa Maynila (our youngest sibling who probably still is not used to Manila) Director Nuncing did not show up, causing no small concern. Director Edy through her portable phone (or whatsamacallit) kept checking every 15 minutes trying to find out what happened.
