The history book was originally published in 1956. A second edition, called the bicentennial edition, was published in 1976. With the recent resurgence of interest in family history, genealogists from all round the country, especially the southeast, contacted our chapter for a copy of the history. All of our copies were sold over the years, however, necessitating the third edition reprinting!

The books have been made available to the Hawkinsville public library, the Hawkinsville Chamber of Commerce, and other locations. Check with us for more information!
