We had Clayton’s first birthday party on January 11th. One year ago today, my sweet boy came home for the very first time. Now, I can’t remember what my home was like without him! Mommy loves you angel-face! Happy Birthday!

A lot of people came to Clayton’s party today. Let’s see if mommy can remember everyone... Mommy and Daddy of course, Grampie, Nana, Grammie, Uncle Joey, Uncle Stanley and Julieann, Uncle Willie and Karyn, Uncle Steve and Justin, Auntie Elaine, Uncle Willie and Auntie Shannon, Nikolaus and Makenzie, Auntie Missy, Matthew and Adam, Tami, Heather and Beth, Maria and Scotty and Jacob, Crystal and Jace, Jen and Rob, and Stephanie and Bruce and Andi and Jodi and Hunter. I’m sorry if I forgot anyone but there were SO many people there!! Everyone that came seemed to have a lot of fun and they were so generous to Clayton. He got so many toys and clothes that it was unbelievable!

The theme of the party was Sesame Street – You’re One! We had a big cake for all the guests and one little one for Clayton. Clayton doesn’t seem to like cake, at least not yet, and didn’t eat any of his. But he didn’t go hungry either! We had chop suey for dinner and had chips, Doritos and soda and juice for snacks. We had A LOT of food!

It was a very long day but Clayton did excellent! He was SO tired by the end of the day and just wanted to go to sleep! We took a ton of pictures and a select few are below...
