This week started off with a bang. We went out and bought a new computer desk. It is great (and big). We finally have a desk that will hold all of our stuff. The only down side to the new purchase is that it took about 7 hours to get everything off of the old desk, assemble the new one, and put everything on it. We went to bed about 11 p.m.
Sierra got signed up for swimming lessons this week. They start next week.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday dad and I worked on tearing a hole in his garage. Happens that when they bought their new house, they didn't think to try the car in the garage. It didn't fit! 16 inches stuck out the back of the garage. So we have been cutting a hole out of the garage and building a new little alcove for the car to go into. We drywalled everything in so it looks great. Dad really got into the huge saw we had by sawing those 2 X 4's in half quite quickly. Mom and dad's new house is pretty neat. Check it out, front, front again, front one more time, back, back again. We'll show you what the finished product turned out to be next week. Stay tuned.
Saturday, Greg and Mary came over for a short visit. It was good seeing them, because it has been awhile. Dan, Teresa and the kids also came over, but I forgot to take a picture, duh!
