Isaac and Meliscent moved to Brooklyn, Susquehanna, Pennsylvania in 1810
where he built a log cabin north of the Hopbottom creek, which they
occupied for several years. They eventually settled in Dimock, a
township ajoining Brooklyn, where he died in the fall of 1849. Meliscent
died one month later. they are buried in Dimock without headstones to
mark the spot.
His first wife was Urena Johnson, and their children, Isaac Hilliard,
Heman Bradley, and Urena J. He was married to Urena on 10 Nov. 1798 in
Cornwall, Litchfield, Connecticutt. urena was b. abt 1778. She died on
19 Sep. 1804
