Apple Pastry

Ingredients:
1 frozen puff pastry sheet
2 large apples or three small apples
jam (blackberry is my favourite)
icing sugar

Cut thawed pastry into four circles and spread with jam. Place peeled and sliced apple pieces on the pastry and sprinkle with icing sugar. put in moderate oven on a greased tray and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until pastry is puffed. Serve with ice-cream or cream, yummy!
Serves four.
