This is my all-time favourite cake, and it's so easy!

SIMPLICITY CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1/2 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup S.R. flour, 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp. coffee, 1 cup sugar.
Method.
Grease a 20cm cake tin. Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Melt butter. Put all other ingredients in mixing bowl and add butter. Beat for three mins. Put in tin and bake for appox. 30 mins, or until cooked. When cool ice the cake, and ENJOY!
