Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Grease a 5cm muffin pan.
Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
Add the brown sugar and dark and white choc. dots and mix well.
Add the melted butter, milk and eggs and mix well.
3/4 fill each of the muffin moulds and bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 mintues in the tin before turning out.
