He was married to Ibby SUTTON on 28 Jul 1858 in Rockcastle Co., KY.⁽⁴⁸⁾ Ibby SUTTON was born about 1841. She died before 1870. Logan SOWDER and Ibby SUTTON had the following children:

148 iii. Rebecca SOWDER was born about 1866.

He was married to Josephine SOUTHARD on 14 Dec 1875 in Rockcastle Co., KY.⁽⁴⁹⁾ Josephine SOUTHARD was born in Mar 1857 in Rockcastle Co., KY.⁽³⁷⁾ Logan SOWDER and Josephine SOUTHARD had the following children:
