Here is the front view of my Airfix Eagle Model.
Since I couldn't find any silver or other chrome colored metallic shades, I mixed copper and gold for the rocket bells and fuel cells. The fuel tanks are gloss white, but the rest of the Eagle is flat white. I didn't like the little decals for the steering rockets, so I painted the red checks on them.
The kit was very clean and easy to put together. It required a minimum amount of trimming and sanding and the pieces fit together quite easily. I had never used spray paint on a model, but used a flat white spray for all the pieces as a primer coat, but was unhappy with the finish and brushed on flat white for any visible surfaces.
