3. Richard³ Cooper (John², Richard¹) was born before 1/22/1761, the first event for which there is a recorded date.

He married Hannah Samson in Plymouth or Sandwich, MA, 1/22/1761. Hannah was born in Plymouth or Sandwich, MA 10/2/1744. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Samson and Hannah Harlow. Hannah died 9/22/1826 in Plymouth or Sandwich, MA, at 81 years of age.

Richard Cooper and Hannah Samson had the following child:

4 i. Elizabeth⁴ Cooper was born in Barnstable or Plymouth, MA 7/25/1764. Elizabeth died 6/18/1841 in E. Bridgewater, MA, at 76 years of age. Her body was interred in E. Bridgewater, MA, Central Cemetery. She married Nymphas Marston in Plymouth or Sandwich, MA, 5/10/1782. Nymphas was born in Barnstable, MA 7/24/1760. He was the son of Prince Marston and Sarah Winslow. Nymphas died before 1841. (See Nymphas Marston for the continuation of this line.)
