He married Abigail Dunham in Barnstable or Plymouth, MA, 11/6/1644. Abigail was born in Leyden, Holland 5/6/1627. She was the daughter of John Dunham (Deacon) and Abigail Barlow. Abigail died in Duxbury, MA.

Steven Wood and Abigail Dunham had the following children:
