36. Ebenezer¹⁴ Nye (Caleb¹³, Nathan¹², Benjamin¹¹, Thomas¹⁰, Thomas⁹, Ralph⁸, William⁷, Randolf⁶, Bertolf⁵, Nils⁴, Marten³, Sven², Lave¹) was born 2/2/1739.

He married Melatiah Sturges 1759. Melatiah was born 10/14/1739. She was the daughter of John Sturges and Melatiah Crocker.

Ebenezer Nye and Melatiah Sturges had the following child:

38 i. Mary¹⁵ Nye was born before 2/18/1753, the first event for which there is a recorded date. She married James Bourne 2/18/1753. James was born in Barnstable or Sandwich, MA 2/21/1731. He was the son of Silas Bourne and Mary Allen. James died 5/19/1807 in Barnstable or Sandwich, MA, at 76 years of age. (See James Bourne for the continuation of this line.)
