40. Thomas⁵ Josselyn Jr (Thomas⁴, Henry³, Abraham², Thomas¹) was born in Hanover, MA 9/26/1733. Thomas died 1/20/1818 in Hanson, MA or Pembroke, MA, at 84 years of age.

He married Patience Barker in Scituate, MA, 6/10/1761. Patience was born in Scituate, MA 10/27/1740. She was the daughter of Samuel Barker (Capt.) and Patience Howland. Patience died 2/3/1821 in Hanson, MA or Pembroke, MA, at 80 years of age.

Thomas Josselyn Jr and Patience Barker had the following children:

52 i. Thomas⁶ Josselyn III was born 9/28/1762.

53 ii. Patience H. Josselyn was born in Pembroke, MA 2/28/1765.

54 iii. Bethiah Thatcher Josselyn was born in Pembroke, MA 1/10/1767. She married Barnabus Perry 1789. He was the son of Diamond Perry. Barnabus died 2/16/1841 in Buckfield, ME. (See Barnabus Perry for the continuation of this line.)

55 iv. Joseph B. Josselyn was born in Pembroke, MA 6/10/1769. He married Polly Tilden 7/10/1789.

+ 56 v. Samuel William Josselyn was born 4/3/1772.

57 vi. Anna Stockbridge Josselyn was born in Pembroke, MA 10/1776. She was christened in Pembroke, MA, 10/27/1776.
