58. James⁵ Sprague (James⁴, Samuel³, William², Edward¹) was born in Marshfield, MA 10/16/1718. James died 5/6/1807 in Marshfield, MA, at 88 years of age.

He married Sarah Jackson in Scituate, MA, 2/21/1749. She was the daughter of Jonathan Jackson and Sarah Damon. Sarah died 5/24/1803 in Marshfield, MA.

James Sprague and Sarah Jackson had the following children:

61 i. Melzar⁶ Sprague was born in Marshfield, MA 3/7/1751. Melzar died DY.

62 ii. James Sprague was born in Marshfield, MA 4/17/1754. James died 11/19/1836 in Marshfield, MA, at 82 years of age.

63 iii. Sarah Sprague was born in Marshfield, MA 8/30/1762.

64 iv. Luther Sprague was born in Marshfield, MA 7/31/1767. Luther died 4/26/1849 in Marshfield, MA, at 81 years of age.

+ 65 v. Melzar Sprague was born 9/23/1770.
