He married Elizabeth Inman. Elizabeth was born in Cumberland, RI 4/3/1743. She was the daughter of Jeremiah Inman and Huldreth unknown.

Samuel Estes and Elizabeth Inman had the following children:

41 i. David⁴ Estes was born in Cumberland, RI 12/23/1766. David died 9/2/1853 at 86 years of age. He married twice. He married Freelove Hill. He married Azubah Hill. Azubah was born 2/1781. She was the daughter of Levi Hill and Eunice Brown.

42 ii. Hannah Estes was born in Cumberland, RI 8/9/1768. She married Esek Cook 11/19/1790. He was the son of Noah Cook.

43 iii. Freelove Estes was born in Cumberland, RI 4/6/1770. She married Marcus or Mark Estes in Cumberland, RI, 1/9/1793. He was the son of Zaccheus Estes.

44 iv. Betsey Estes was born in Cumberland, RI 6/2/1772. She married Peter Estes 9/7/1793. Peter was born in Mendon, MA 12/28/1773. He was the son of Abijah Estes and Elizabeth Battles.

45 v. Samuel Estes was born in Cumberland, RI 5/6/1774. Samuel died 3/22/1837 in Cumberland, RI, at 62 years of age. He married Lavina Wood in Cumberland, RI, 4/12/1810. Lavina was born 9/26/1777. She was the daughter of Thomas Wood Jr. and Molly Tillson. Lavina died 1/19/1819 in Cumberland, RI, at 41 years of age.

46 vi. Silas Estes was born in Cumberland, RI 11/6/1776. Silas died 5/1/1840 at 63 years of age. He married Mary Ann Peters 9/24/1800. Mary was born in Palmer, MA 6/4/1784. Mary died 4/25/1853 at 68 years of age.
