2. Henry² Seaman (Adam¹) was born in Clarkstown, NY 1/31/1798. Henry died 3/19/1889 in Spring Valley, NY, at 91 years of age.

He married Rachel Lawrence 7/10/1824. Rachel was born 9/6/1798. She married Joseph Leary 1/2/1819. Rachel died 6/25/1861 at 62 years of age.

Henry Seaman and Rachel Lawrence had the following children:

3 i. Sarah A.³ Seaman was born in West New Hempstead, Rockland Co., NY 5/30/1828/9. She married Calvin Smith in West New Hempstead, NY, 11/11/1848. Calvin was born in West New Hempstead,Rockland Co, NY 9/26/1822. He was the son of Cornelius A Smith and Harty (Hannah) Ackerman. (See Calvin Smith for the continuation of this line.)

4 ii. Willian Henry Seaman was born 6/26/1830. Willian died 10/14/1918 at 88 years of age. He married Frances Virginia Tallman in Spring Valley, Rockland Co., NY, 12/24/1852.

5 iii. Samuel L. Seaman was born 4/7/1839. Samuel died 8/10/1839 at less than one year of age.
