This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Philip Mylcharane

of Jurby who departed this life on the 16th day of June ano 1780

- being of sound and disposing mind and memory at the making hereof -

FIRST He left and bequeathed to his son Philip the sum of twenty

shillings and his best coat.

ALSO - To his daughter Anne the sum of thirty shillings.

He left and bequeathed to his loving wife five shillings legacy.

LASTLY, he appointed and constituted his son Wm Mylcharane sole

executor of all the rest of his goods and effects movable and

immovable of what kind or nature soever.

WITNESSES: John Cain and Bahee Kneale Als Quayle.

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael Nov 22d 1780. The

executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges for the

payment of debts and legacies namely John Caine the witness and Robt Kelly

both of Jurby.

to be the last will and testament of William Mylcarane of the

parish of Jurby who departed this life the 15th day of February 1813 being

of perfect mind and sound memory at the making hereof as follows:

First he comitted his soul to God and his Body to Christian Burial.

He leave to his son William the sum of five pounds British

together with whatsoever he had formerly received.

He leave to his son Philip the sum five pounds

British if he comes for it. But if he come not for it then this

sum of five pounds is to return to his aforsd son William.

We leave to his son John the sum of Fifteen pounds British legacy.

He leave to his daughter Catherine the sum of fifteen pounds

British and a heifer and a bed and a wheel.

He leave to his daughter Ann the sum of fifteen pounds British

and two sheep.

He leave to his daughter Jane the sum of fifteen pounds British

and two sheep.

Lastly he nominate ordain and appointed his loving wife Elizabeth

Mylcarane whole and sole executrix of all the rest of his goods

moveable and immovable--
