  3. Proper uniforms should include a Cub Scout shirt (orange T-shirt for Tigers, blue for everyone else, Webelos may wear khaki), neckerchief (Wolf: gold; Bear: blue; Webelos: plaid), and neckerchief slide. Shorts or pants may be worn, and they do not have to be blue. Shirts should be tucked in for proper appearance. Caps and belts are optional. Caps may be worn inside for official meetings.
  4. The Scout must buy the following emblems: Baltimore Area Council Patch; Den numeral patch; Pack numerals (994). TheWorld Crest Emblem is optional. It should be centered over the left pocket midway between the top of the pocket and the shoulder seam.

Check the link for our November pack meeting Uniform Inspection guidelines.

  5. Belt loops are recognition awards for boys who participate in various sports activities, either with their den, or individually. Belt loops can be earned for archery, badminton, baseball, basketball, bicycling, boxing, fishing, golf, gymnastics, marbles, physical fitness, skating, skiing, soccer, softball, swimming, table tennis, tennis, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball.

Sports pins are earned by more intensive practice and experience in a sport over a 3-month period. A scout may qualify for a Sports Letter by earning one sport belt loop, one sports pin, and by involving an adult teammate in also earning a sports pin.
