Edith is Exit Drill In The Home is a very important part of fire safety. You should plan an exit drill in your home in case your house ever catches on fire. The plan should include at least 2 exits for each room. You should plan on where to meet once you get out of your home, some people use their mailbox as a meeting place or a neighbor's house. Make sure everyone knows their roll in getting everyone out safely, especially those who may need help because of age or a disability. Once you are out of the house, call 9-1-1. YOU SHOULD PRACTICE THIS PLAN FREQUENTLY so you'll be prepared in case of a fire.
For more information on FIRE SAFETY you should contact your local fire department.
