married then I bequeth to wife Anna Fries 1/2 of net income of my real estate in lieu of
her dower as common law during full term of her natural life. She paying out of her
income to her niece Anna Field $200.00 per week as long as she lives.
Net income of other half I give to my daughter Julia E. Roberts while she remain
single. If get married, then I give to my four children, Clara, Emma, Julia & Walter.....
