Jacob Klazes BOEKEMA ⁽⁴²⁾ was born on 28 Feb 1890 in Warga (Idaarderadeel).⁽¹⁷⁾ He died on 30 Apr 1962 in Bolsward.⁽¹⁷⁾ He was buried on 4 May 1962 in Bolsward.⁽¹⁷⁾ He was Member 3rd Order of St. Francis. Distinction Pro Eccl. et Pontifice. Ridder Orde van Oranje Nassau.⁽¹⁷⁾ He was a Kleermaker. One of the founders of the first cooperatieve zuivelfabriek (1886), which became FRICO, internationaly known.

He was married to Teatske Pieters JOHANNESMA (daughter of Pieter JOHANNESMA and Waltje ELZINGA) on 28 Jun 1913 in Bolsward. Teatske Pieters JOHANNESMA was born on 13 Apr 1879 in Tirns. She died on 26 Oct 1957 in Bolsward. Jacob Klazes BOEKEMA and Teatske Pieters JOHANNESMA had the following children:
